Vantaca pricing, reviews and the best alternatives

Jared McKinney · Founder, Kahoa
Updated · prices checked against vantaca.com

Vantaca has no pricing page; its own blog cites a rack rate of $0.54 per door a month, and it sells only to management companies. Reviewers rate Vantaca 4.5 of 5 on G2. A self-managed board can't buy Vantaca, so the best alternatives for a board are Kahoa, PayHOA and RunHOA. Management companies usually compare CINC Systems.

Kahoa makes Kahoa, one of the alternatives here. Vantaca is scored with the same HSAT as every other tool, and every claim links to its source.

What is Vantaca?

Vantaca is an all-in-one platform for HOA management companies: accounting, payments, violations, work orders, and resident and board portals. Its AI agents, sold as HOAi, handle invoices, homeowner questions and month-end close.

Vantaca sells through demos and signed orders, billed per door or per user. Homeowner payment fees are set by each management company within a range and shown at checkout.
