States that regulate community associations usually make them register — and that registry says more than most boards realize: whether the registration is current, who manages the community, and in Utah, whether the association can even enforce its liens. Kahoa publishes each state's registry as a browsable directory, one permanent page per community, connected to the law that governs it.
