How to switch from TownSq without missing a dues cycle

Jared McKinney · Founder, Kahoa
Updated · checked against TownSq's master customer agreement and help center

Leaving TownSq takes written notice at least 30 days before the term ends; leaving early means paying the minimum monthly fees for the rest of the term. TownSq's agreement sets no export window and keeps backups only at its discretion, so get the owner list, balances and ledger out before you give notice.

Kahoa makes Kahoa. The steps work for any HOA software; where they name Kahoa, they describe Kahoa's setup screens.
