How to switch from RunHOA before your subscription ends

Jared McKinney · Founder, Kahoa
Updated · steps checked against RunHOA's help center and terms

RunHOA subscriptions don't renew automatically, so leaving is mostly a matter of exporting before the year runs out. Export the owner list, Aging Report and General Ledger from RunHOA's Display/Print menus, then connect the bank in the new tool. RunHOA keeps data 90 days after the subscription expires, then deletes it.

Kahoa makes Kahoa. The steps work for any HOA software; where they name Kahoa, they describe Kahoa's setup screens.

RunHOA collects dues through the association's own Stripe connected account, and homeowners pay invoice by invoice, so there's no RunHOA autopay to cancel.
